We ship to all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as military bases/APO/DPO/FPO. Overnight and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

We also ship worldwide. For International orders, we offer DHL, UPS and USPS. International rates will calculated by the carrier. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon arrival. 

All orders are fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours. All shipments will receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. Butterr is not responsible for any lost packages.

At Butterr we want you to love your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your items for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return of your unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 14 days of your arrival date.

Covers

Wash pillow covers in cold water on delicate cycle. Use a gentle baby detergent and wash separately or with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry.

Cushion

Due to the natural properties of the organic latex cushion, it cannot be washed.  The properties of the plant based cushion are naturally water and mold resistant, making it the cushion easy to maintain. However, we understand that motherhood can be messy, spot clean any soiled areas with a washcloth and mild soap, if needed.
